Tender pieces of Dorset chuck steak and new potato gently simmered in our own freshly made Thai curry sauce with coconut. This is a Thai Massaman style curry.
Beef (30%), potato, coconut milk, onion, creamed coconut, roasted peanuts, vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, red chilli, lime juice, lime zest, salt, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, mace, cardamom, black pepper.
For best results cook from frozen.
Appliances vary and times given are a guide for conventional ovens. These may need to be reduced if using a fan assisted oven. Preheat oven to 190oC/375oF/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking sheet in the centre of the oven and heat for 45-50 minutes. Ensure piping hot before serving.
This dish can also be heated in the microwave.
Instructions are for 800w microwave, adjust times accordingly.
Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Cook on full power for 4 minutes, peel back sleeve, stir and cook on full power for a further 4 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute.
