Rich, creamy topping bursting with the flavour of raspberries on our own-made crunchy biscuit base. A real family favourite. As we make our own biscuit bases we are able to offer a gluten-free version.

Medium fat soft cheese, double cream, white chocolate (20%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, vanilla powder, Emulsifier: soya lecithin ), wheat flour, butter, raspberry, sugar, lemon juice.

Defrosting Instructions
Remove from the freezer.
Using the tab, remove the paper mould and place onto your serving plate. Defrost overnight in the refrigerator or alternatively in a cool place for 2 hours before serving.
